With a Bachelor (Hons) and Masters degree in Business Studies from Shri Ram College Commerce University of Delhi, Atul has seventeen years of work experience including over eleven years in Business Development and Relationship Management side in the web solutions space. He has consulted corporate clients like Credit Suisse group, Switzerland; Dun & Bradstreet, USA; IFFCO group, UAE; and international organizations like International Labour Organisation (ILO), Switzerland; and, World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF), Switzerland.

Atul has earlier been associated with several not-for-profit organizations in India like Samadhan (rehabilitation of the mentally challenged), Venu Eye Research Institute (hospital and rehabilitation center for the visually impaired) and Blind School (teaching visually challenged students). He was also part of the core team, which started IndiaSocial.org, a portal for the agencies involved in the socio-economic developmental work in India. Atul is also Advisor to ICDRI (The International Center for Disability Resources on the Internet).

Bachelor's in Mathematics, Diploma in Advanced Computer Systems Management and Professional Training in C++ and Java, Shilpa has fifteen years of experience in leading teams to develop complex web based projects, multimedia products and database applications. Shilpa has done extensive work on technologies like Visual Basic, Java, ASP, CGI, JavaScript, VBScript, HTML, Authorware, XML, Perl etc. Some of the web-based solutions she has led include a B2C portal, a Virtual Stadium with live webcast of streaming audio-video content, web based loyalty system and multimedia rendering engine.

She has also been working with Haptic (touch based) technology and is currently experimenting with the forced feedback technology to assist the visually challenged navigate web content easily.

Shilpa has done a specialized course on Web Accessibility from HTML Writers Guild, USA and has been providing training on web accessibility in India and abroad.
