projects.

Adobe/Macromedia, Open source platforms.

- Well versed with process-driven project development with flexibility
to adapt to different situations.
- Proactive approach and understanding of the client.
- Ability to interact with external teams for project development.
- Extremely good people management skills.
- Maturity in handling diverse situations.

Graphic Designer
3+ years of professional experience with at least 1 year as as
e-learning Lead would be preferred.
Technologies/Platform
Should have worked extensively on the following tools: PhotoShop,
Illustrator (or Corel), Flash, CSS, and HTML. Added knowledge of
Visio, PageMaker/Quark/In Design preferred.
Key Requirements
- Will be working on creating interface designs for web-based
or CD-based applications, websites and e-learning modules.
- Should be able to convert functional specification brief into
layouts.
- For this purpose, should have knowledge of Usability Principles,
HCI Principle and Gestalt Principles.
- Should have knowledge of Information Architecture, various
content types, how to organize Information (understanding hierarchy
and structures of information and translate them to a layout).
- Should know and understand Color Theory, Design Principles,
Typography and Composition.
- Should have good aesthetic judgment, at par with international
standards.
- Should have potential to visualize, create style guides and
other design specifications
Attitude
Should be interested in trends in interface design.
Educational Qualifications
No specific requirement, though holding a design degree would
have an edge.

Project Lead - Technical
4-5 years of relevant professional experience. Of which at least
one year in a Project Lead position (must have handled at least
2-3 technology projects as PL). Exposure to e-Learning projects
would be an added advantage.
Technologies/Platform
Expertise in .NET, ASP, XML, Win 2k, XP, Linux/Unix/BSD.
Experience of working on PHP, Perl, C/C++, Python, Flash, Cold fusion
etc. would be an additional advantage
Key Requirements
- Exposure to process-driven project development is essential
- Well-versed with major coding practices, standards, guidelines,
construction tools
- Well-versed with popular design styles, concepts, approaches
and design tools
- Awareness of latest technological developments in his/her
area of expertise
- Familiarity with providing technology solutions, creating
solution architectures, database modeling and other design requirements
for a project.
Attitude
Flexible to work on varied technologies and platforms
Educational Requirement
No specific requirement, though MCA/B.E./B.Tech. would have an
edge.

Flash Architect & ActionScript programmer
2-3 years of relevant professional experience in Flash. Must
be a flash developer and not a graphic designer who can proficiently
handle flash scripting. Exposure to e-Learning projects would be
an added advantage.

Expertise in Flash and using flash with other languages like
.NET/PHP/Cold Fusion.

- Have the ability to experiment with new technologies.

an added advantage.
