Enabling Dimensions was invited to speak in the session on Capacity Building in Sports through eLearning. TURF 2009 was the first of the annual events on sports organized by FICCI (Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry).

Impressed with the work we had done in eLearning for sports management, MEMOS (Executive Masters in Sports Organisation Management) invited us to make a presentation at their "1st MEMOS Graduates Worldwide Convention" in Barcelona, Spain on 27-30 November, 2008.

Enabling Dimensions was presented with the Social Enterprise Laboratory Award, instituted by Digital Partners, a Seattle-based non-profit organisation (now merged with Grameen Bank). As part of the selection process, in 2002 Digital Partners invited project proposals from across the globe on ICT-based social initiatives. From the submissions, 10 project proposals were selected. Each selected project was paired with a prestigious business school and leading consultants to help formulate a feasible business plan. From the 10 business plans, four projects were finally selected for seed funding from Hewlett Packard in May 2003. Students from Theseus Business School, France worked with Enabling Dimensions to develop one of the winning proposals for EnableAll.org: Enabling Dimensions' initiative focusing on providing 'new skills for new economy' to youth with physical disabilites, using ICT-based distance learning.

EnableAll.org was listed as one of the projects in Microsoft's 'Partners in Potential' publication. At the World Summit on the Internet Society (WSIS), Geneva, 2003, Microsoft brought out a publication, 'Partners in Potential' - "An abridged compilation of some of the innovative technology projects taking place around the world. Projects that have earned the respect of their colleagues and are making positive steps forward along the paths of basic computer literacy, IT skills training, information access and life-long learning".

EnableAll.org won a global competition for ICT-based social initiatives organised by the Swiss Development Corporation in 2003. EnableAll.org was one of the winners and was showcased at the WSIS, ICT4D Exhibition in Geneva, Dec 2003.

DPA presented Enabling Dimensions with a Certificate of Appreciation to recognise our participation as one of the presenters in DPA's seminar on Universal Web Accessibility.
