A Digital Lifeline for India’s Counsellors

Background

Across India’s HIV clinics, counsellors sit across from patients offering comfort, clarity, and, sometimes, life-changing news. Their words shape decisions. Their guidance saves lives. Yet many had not received updated training for years.
